方案有二：从上方直接取出挡轮与轴承后，取出相应轴承进行更换；从下方使用千斤顶将其一并顶出后吊起更换。建议后者，具体操作是将轴承密封盖，固定螺栓，油管卸下。起思后下方的端盖给打开将32的千斤顶放下，将轴承、轴以及拖轮一并顶起。
